Thank you for shopping with Glamaritz Pty. Ltd. (“Glamaritz”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Because our online store operates on a dropshipping model, where items are purchased from third-party suppliers, we have specific policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
- Quality Checks Before Shipping 1.1 All dropshipped products are first shipped to Glamaritz where we conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that:
o The product matches the order specifications;
o The item is free from visible defects;
o The item is properly packaged for delivery. 1.2 Only after passing this internal quality inspection is the item shipped to the customer. 1.3 By performing this quality check, we ensure that customers receive products in perfect condition and reduce the risk of defective or misdescribed items.
- Final Sale / No Returns 2.1 All sales are final for change-of-mind, incorrect choice, or preference. 2.2 Customers are encouraged to:
o Confirm ring size, design, material, and colour before purchasing;
o Review product descriptions and images carefully;
o Contact our support team with any questions before placing an order. 2.3 Because items are dropshipped and cannot be returned to the supplier, refunds for non-defective items are not possible.
o Where applicable, we may, at our discretion, issue store credit instead of a refund.
- Defective or Not-as-Described Items (CPA § 56) 3.1 Under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, customers are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the product is defective, unsafe, or materially different from its description or sample. 3.2 If you receive a defective or misdescribed product, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt at: [Insert Email]. 3.3 Glamaritz will assess the claim and may offer one of the following remedies:
o Replacement of the item (where possible);

- Exemptions from Refunds / Cooling-Off Period (ECT Act § 42) 4.1 The 7-day cooling-off period for online purchases does not apply to:
o Customised or personalised items;
o Hygiene-sensitive items (earrings, nose rings, body jewellery);
o Goods that cannot be resold by reason of their nature;
o Sealed items that cannot be reused. 4.2 For these items, no cash refunds are required, even if you change your mind.
- Store Credit Option 5.1 In situations where a return is accepted but the item is not defective or misdescribed, Glamaritz may, at its discretion, issue store credit equal to the value of the returned item. 5.2 Store credit may be redeemed for any item on our website and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 5.3 Customers acknowledge that refunds in money will not be provided for non-defective items.
- Custom, Personalised, and Dropshipped Items 6.1 All dropshipped items are final sale unless defective. 6.2 Customised, engraved, or personalised items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances unless they are defective.
- Order Cancellations 7.1 Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. 7.2 Please contact our support team before ordering if you have any questions regarding sizes, specifications, or shipping.
