1. General Information
We take great care in ensuring that all orders are securely packaged, tracked, and delivered safely to your doorstep anywhere within South Africa.
All watches, gold, and silver jewellery items are handled with strict quality control procedures before dispatch to ensure authenticity, condition, and presentation.
Please note that due to the high value and sensitive nature of our products, additional security and verification measures may apply before your order is shipped.
2. Shipping and Delivery Process
All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy, one of South Africa’s most trusted courier services for high-value and insured items.
We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa only.
Processing Time
All orders undergo a quality inspection before shipping.
If an item is in stock, it will usually be processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
If an item needs to be sourced or restocked, please allow up to 7 working days for order processing and dispatch.
Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

2 to 7 working days depending on location and availability.
Delivery may take longer during peak periods, load-shedding disruptions, or in remote/outlying areas.
3. Shipping Fees & Insurance
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your delivery location and the value of your order.
All shipments are eligible for insurance, which is strongly recommended for high-value orders such as watches or fine jewellery.

Insurance is optional and at the buyer’s cost.

If you choose not to insure your shipment, you accept full responsibility for loss or damage once your parcel has been handed to the courier.
If you wish to insure your shipment, please select the “Insured Delivery” option at checkout or contact us immediately after placing your order for assistance.
4. Delivery Requirements
To ensure safe and secure delivery:

Deliveries can only be made to physical street addresses within South Africa.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or private bag addresses.

A signature and proof of identification may be required upon delivery.

Once the courier confirms delivery (via signature, photo, or proof of delivery), ownership and risk transfer to the customer.
5. Quality Check and Packaging
All products are shipped to our facility first, where they undergo a thorough quality and authenticity check before being dispatched to the customer.
We package all items securely and discreetly to minimize attention and protect the contents.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment through The Courier Guy’s online tracking system.
If you experience any issues tracking your parcel, please contact our support team and include your order number and tracking reference.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Parcels
We take all reasonable precautions to ensure safe delivery; however, once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer.

If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit and insurance was selected, we will assist you in submitting a claim through the courier’s insurance process.

If no insurance was selected, we cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items after dispatch.
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If your item arrives visibly damaged, refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.
8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for any re-delivery or return shipping fees.
9. Delays Beyond Our Control
While we always strive to meet delivery timelines, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: courier delays, strikes, load-shedding, weather conditions, or acts of theft and vandalism during transit.
10. International Shipping
We currently only ship within South Africa.
International shipping will be introduced in future, subject to additional courier and insurance options.
